We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.



To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with an AES-256 encryption. All orders will ship for a flat rate of $3 or $10 (depending on size) for standard shipping within the United States. Currently we only offer standard shipping. Orders will ship within 2-3 business days. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a Shipment Notification with a tracking number. You will receive a “Cancelled Order” notification if there is any reason your order may be delayed or cancelled.



The Thrive Collective will accept returns or exchanges on any undamaged and unworn items. Returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase, however, any reduced-price items or merchandise marked sale cannot be returned.
